The Rom Bungalow Park is located on Via Cristoforo Colombo, which connects Rome’s city beach to the city center. Fabulous Village is situated almost exactly halfway between the city and the beach. It’s very easy to reach by car via the GRA ring road.
- Travel time to Fiumicino Airport: approx. 20–30 minutes
- Public transportation: regular bus service to the beach and downtown
- Travel time by car to the beach (Rome–Ostia): approx. 15–20 min.
- Travel time by car to downtown: approx. 30–45 min.

What types of bungalows are there?
We offer the L and XL models. They differ in the number of bedrooms: the L model has two bedrooms, while the XL model has three. The floor plans for both bungalow models are identical. In the L model, the kitchen/living area is larger, while the XL model includes an additional bedroom. So the choice is yours.
Are there enough parking spaces?
Yes, there are plenty of parking spaces available. You can park your vehicle either right next to the bungalow or in the immediate vicinity.
Are there charging stations for electric cars?
There are public charging stations in the vicinity of the residential complex.
Are there washing machines on the premises?
Washing machines are available 24 hours a day in the apartment complex's laundry room for a fee.
Are towels and bed linens included?
Yes, bed linens and towels are included.

Does every bungalow have a grill?
Every bungalow has a grill. You'll find a wide selection of items at the supermarket and the surrounding supermarkets, so you'll have all the ingredients you need for a great barbecue.

Because there's something great for the whole family. Kids can run around freely and are very welcome. You don't have that freedom at a hotel, but you do here at the campground. A vacation village for the whole family.
Does the facility offer childcare?
During peak season, the resort offers great entertainment programs for children—from dancing and arts and crafts to games.
